Early 1900's Nurse's Uniform
1900 Nurse's Uniform
Now here is a unique piece of work! This completely gauze uniform is gathered at the waist, all the way around, creating the distinct shirt-waist shape of the turn of the last century.
Wide tucks from the tops of the shoulders to the edge of the bodice and around the mother-of-pear shank buttons are echoed by the wide folds of the cuffs and the kick-pleat in the skirt.

41" chest
24" waist
23" sleeve length
22" bodice length
34" skirt length
Condition:
good, considering its age. Has a number of orange-brown spots on the bodice & skirt. In some areas the gauze is wore and some have been repaired.
